“Back-Country Adventures”
This will bring you to the fire in the wild. It is a scent of cedars, both Himalayan and Virginian Cedar oils. So fresh and outdoorsy. Accompanying the cedars base notes of Vetiver Grass, Frankincense Serrata and our wonderful Amyris Oils.

Petitgrain and Cypress oils offer Green notes to support our loved Cedars. Madagascar Vanilla & Orris Root smooth and stabilize our oils.

This Essence is very lightly sweetened with Lavender and topped with Virginia Cedarwood We brought smoke into the blend to enhance a wood fire ambiance.

This is an outdoorsy scent appealing to anyone who wants to surround themselves in bon-fires and cedars and the great and loved scent of a Canadian Forest.

MRF NATURAL OIL ESSENCES
Our MRF Scents are deep and long lasting. MRF Essences are prepared in 20% to 26% dilutions. We make some Eau-de-Parfum at the dilution of 15%. Eau-de-Parfum does not last as long as our Perfume Essences, but those blends are rich and fragrant. Just add a bit more often.

MRF Blends are rich with Essential Oils, Absolutes, Tinctures, Extracts, and Resins to create rich, deep, long-lasting fragrances. MRF Essences are based in a very rich accord to carry the heart and head notes. Because these are natural oils, they will evolve on the skin.

When one explores an MRF Essences, begin with a wee dab on pulse points, such as one's wrist, inside the elbows, behind the ears and knees. Simply apply and avoid rubbing the oil in. You will find the Natural Essence will evolve and change - usually getting deeper after the top notes have lifted. As our Essence dries down, one will find various nuances of scent that may be specific to each person's skin type. Give each MRF Essence Blend time enough to be on your skin so it may be able to really show you how it evolves with your chemistry.

We prefer ethanol as our solution for dilution in our MRF blends💧 Ethanol dilutes the oils in our blends best, making our blends clear, smooth and well rounded. We are finding that carrier oils are not blending our thick base note oils well, causing a less diluted and clear blend. We want our customers to know that Natural Essential Oils blend best in ethanol and the ethanol-based blend will last much much longer since ethanol is a great preservative!
We offer this information for those not sure which carrier they prefer. Of course, if our customer requests an oil-based carrier perfume we will deliver on this ❣️

MORE ABOUT MRF
Each Essence is made in very small batches. This is a small home business in the rural mountains of British Columbia. My wee Blending Lab looks out on the Rocky Mountains and is high amongst the trees of our property.

MRF Fragrant Essences will capture you as soon as you open the bottle. It will attract you immediately with light high notes. As you continue to explore the MRF Essence, you will find it changing on your skin. The middle notes will make themselves known with the support of the base notes following. The scent at the end is called the “dry down”.

MRF Scents are deep and long lasting. Check it out by wearing a little to bed. Dab some on your wrists and behind your ears. When you awake in the morning, you will smell the fragrance lingering. This makes a very nice start to your day!

Natural Oil Essences are very complex. Nature created the complex elements of a scent best. Natural perfumes are much richer smelling because of the good work of Mother Nature.

Synthetic perfumes can be loud and bossy. MRF Natural Essences will stay close. Although they are long lasting, MRF Essences do not demand all the attention in a room. You will love how classy they smell & behave!

The clone has a very nice smell. Of cedarwood . I had concerns of how to apply the colone and the problem was quickly solved thank you.
